血清内皮素在小儿川崎病中的诊断价值及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　观察 36例川崎病 (KD)患儿不同时期及 34名正常健康儿童的血清内皮素 (ET)的变化 ,探讨其对川崎病患儿合并冠状动脉损害的诊断价值及临床意义。方法　采用放射免疫测定 (radioim munoassay,RIA)法测定不同时期 36例川崎病患儿和 34名健康正常儿童 ET的含量。结果　 KD组急性期 ET含量 (78±10 ) ng/ L显著高于亚急性期 ET含量 (5 0± 8) ng/ L及正常对照组 ET含量 (4 5± 8) ng/ L ,急性期伴冠状动脉损伤的 ET含量 (85± 13) ng/ L明显高于不伴冠状动脉损伤的 ET含量 (6 2± 11) ng/ L。结论　检测 ET对川崎病的早期诊断以及川崎病发生、转归。Objective To determine the dynamic change of plasma endothelin (ET) during the acute phase and the subacute phase of Kawasaki disease in children,and compare with controls,and explore the clinical significance of ET.Methods The concentration of plasma ET was determinde with radioimmunoassay in children with Kawasaki disease (n=36) and healthy children as controls (n=34).Results The plasma level of ET of the 36 children with Kawasaki disease (KD) during acute phase (78±10) ng/L was significantly higher than that during subacute phase (50±8) ng/L and controls (45±8) ng/L,the ET level in coronary arterial lesions (85±13) ng/L was significantly higher than that without coronary arterial lesions (62±11) ng/L.Conclusion Plasma ET check plays an important role in early diagnosing and judging the genesis,conversion,and prognosis of the children′s KD.
