摘  要:以纳米Ni0 96Co0 04(OH)2 C复合材料[Ni0 96Co0 04(OH)2(90%)+FJC(10%)]为正极,活性炭为负极,KOH水溶液为电解液组成混合超级电容器。其工作电压为0 75~1 5V;适合的充电方法是恒流恒压充电;具有快速充电、高倍率放电和循环性良好的特点。8min可充满80%容量,2200W/kg(以正、负极活性物总质量计算)放电时,比能量达23 2Wh/kg。A hybrid supercapacitor using a nano-[Ni_(0.96)Co_(0.04)(OH)_2-C] composite [Ni_(0.96)Co_(0.04)(OH)_2(90%) +FJC(10%)]positive electrode , an activated carbon negative electrode and KOH electrolyte was built. Its voltage window was 0.75~1.5?V and suitable charge method was CC( constant current)-CV(constant voltage). The hybrid supercapacitor could be charged fast, discharged at high rate and had superior cycle-life. It could be charged to 80 percent of rated capacity in 8?min. Its measured specific energy was 23.2?Wh/kg(only taking into account total mass of positive and negative actives) when discharged at 2?200?W/kg.
