摘  要:LiFePO4是一种极具应用前景的锂离子电池正极材料。介绍了LiFePO4的结构、掺杂元素(C、Mn2+、Mg2+、Al3+、Ti4+、Zr4+、Nb5+和W6+)、合成条件(主要是烧结温度和前驱体制备方法)等因素对其电化学性能的影响。从工艺方法、前驱体制备等方面总结了LiFePO4的合成方法,结果表明:掺杂少量高价金属离子和有机物对提高其电导率是行之有效的途径,高温固相反应法仍是易于实现产业化的方法,微波合成法是最有前途的制备方法。LiFePO_4 was one of the most promising cathode material for Li-ion battery. The influence of the structure of LiFePO_4, doped elements (C,Mn^(2+),Mg^(2+),Al^(3+),Ti^(4+),Zr^(4+),Nb^(5+) and W^(6+)) and the conditions of preparation ( sintering temperature and precursor preparation ) on the electrochemical performance of LiFePO_4 were presented. The synthetic methods were also summarized from technical ways and precursor preparation.Doping with a little metal element and organic compound was an effective way to improve its electronic conductivity. High temperature solid-state synthesis was still convenient to industrialization. Microwave processing emerged as the most promising method.
