摘  要:探讨了黄铜和锡表面着黑色膜的化学着色方法,筛选出黄铜和锡共同着黑色的最佳配方,实现了黄铜、锡共同着黑色的工艺流程。化学着黑色膜层完整、致密、均匀,且着色方法简单、易行。通过电子能谱分析着色层表面,推断出黄铜的着色膜主要组成为氧化铜,锡的着色膜主要由硒化铜和硒化锡构成。Method for black coloring of brass and tin was investigated. The optimal formulation and technological process for chemical black coloring of brass and tin surfaces present together were chosen out. The black coloring films are complete, dense and uniform. The method of black coloring is simple and easy to operate. The main compositions of black coloring films of brass and tin surfaces were deduced through the EDX analysis. The black film on brass should be constructed mainly by copper oxide, and that on tin should be constructed mainly by copper selenide and stannic selenide.
