摘  要:研究了以EDTA作为显色剂,用双波长光度法测定镍-钴合金镀液中Ni2+与Co2+质量浓度的方法,选择并确定了测量波长,分析了溶液的pH值、显色剂的用量等对测量结果的影响,实验结果表明,该方法的准确度和精密度较高。Method of determining concentration of Ni^(2+) and Co^(2+) in Ni-Co alloy plating bath with the use of EDTA as the color developing agent and double wave-length spectrophotometry was studied. Measurement wave lengths were selected and established through test. Effects of pH value of the solution, amount of the color developing agent used etc on the determination results were analysed. The experimental results show that degrees of accuracy and precision of the method are high enough to meet the demands of practice.
