B超检测小鼠正常肝脾的声像图及方法

摘　　要：目的 :探讨B型超声波检测小鼠肝脾的可行性 ,并提供小鼠肝脾大小的参考数据。方法 :30只小鼠仰卧固定 ,剪去腹部鼠毛后涂以耦合剂 ,用高频线阵探头 (7 5兆赫 )探测肝脾大小、回声状况及门静脉血管内径。结果 :小鼠肝脾超声显像清晰 ,肝右叶斜径、左叶长径和左叶厚度分别为 1 5 0± 0 0 7、1 5 3± 0 0 7和 0 5 4± 0 0 4cm ,肝门静脉直径为 0 11± 0 0 1cm ;脾厚度和长度分别为 0 4 6± 0 0 6和 1 4 5± 0 0 6cm。结论 :超声波检测小鼠肝脾是一种在活体下可行的、直观的、无创检测新方法。Objective:To inquire the possibility of measuring lever and spleen of mice with ultrasonic detector and offer some relevant reference data.Methods:Thirty mice were fixed on their back and their lever and spleen were observed and measured with high-frequency ultrasonic detector.Results:The lever and spleen of mice could be clearly observed and easily measured under ultrasonic detector.The oblique axis of right-leaf lever is(1.50±0.07)cm,and the length and thickness of left-leaf lever were(1.53±0.07)and(0.54±0.04)cm,respectively.The average diameter of portal vein was(0.11±0.01)cm.The thickness and length of spleen were(0.46±0.06)and(1.45±0.06)cm,respectively.Conclusion:It was a new,available and harmless method for observing and measuring lever and spleen of mice with ultrasonic detector.
