摘　　要：通过介绍焦作市地震局试行“目标管理,定量考核”的管理办法,探讨了现代管理方法在地方地震工作中的实际应用,并对其科学性和有效性进行了阐述,用实际工作事例论证科学管理在地方地震工作中的积极作用。By introducing the management method of the target mangement and the ration check which the Seismological Bureau of Jiaozuo City tries out, the author inquires into the practical application of the modern management method in local seismological work. At the same time, the paper expounds the scientific and effective properties of this method, and demonstrates the positive role of the scientific management in local seismological work by examples of the practieal work.
