摘  要:本文合成了一种新型的聚羧酸类高效减水剂,并对影响减水剂性能的各种因素进行了探讨,获得了合成该类减水剂的最佳工艺条件和原料配比。通过对减水剂分散性能的研究,得该产品是一种用量少、分散性能好、流动保持性能佳,与不同水泥的相容性好、不含甲醛的绿色高效减水剂。A new polycarboxylate high range water reducing agent was synthesized. Variousfactors influencing perfor- mance of water reducerwere exploited and optimum technologies and mix design for raw materialsto synthesize the water reducer were obtained. Study of dispersion of the water reducer proved that this product was a green high range water reducing agent with no formaldehyde. It was small in admixing dosage, good in dispersion, good in retaining of fluidity and had good compatibility with different sorts of cement.
