摘　　要：新 5井是四川盆地东部新市构造侏罗系的第一口获气井 ,由于受到不配套的采输工艺及不合理的生产制度等因素影响而长期关井停产。根据新 5井的具体情况 ,利用钻井显示、测井解释、试油资料及生产动态监测资料等进行综合性分析论证 ,为挖潜措施提供可靠依据。并制定了一系列的挖潜方案 ,改造不配套的生产工艺设备 ,重新安装蒸汽锅炉、油气水三相分离器。由于该井产稠油 ,含腊量高 ,油管易堵塞。因此 ,提出采用柴油注入井筒清腊解堵。在井口操作中 ,采用抽汲复活技术 ,用Φ6 0mm抽子下入井筒 ,从上至下进行多次抽汲 ,将油管内的清腊液和积液抽汲干净 ,随后开井放喷。方案实施后 ,气井复活 ,恢复了正常生产 ,具有了年采气 180 0～ 2 4 0 0× 10 4 m3,年采油 90～ 15 0t的生产能力 ,获得了明显的经济效益。同时 ,也证实了川东地区侏罗系地层具有油气资源的潜在能力。Xin well 5 is the first gas well found from Jurassic of Xinshi structure in the east of Sichuan basin. Influenced by many factors, the well was shut up for a long time because it can't match the recovery and transmission techniques, and it was operated under improper production system, and so on. According to the actual situation of Xin well 5, and using the drilling-log, logging interpretation, production test data, and monitoring data of production performance, etc., the integrative analysis and demonstration was conducted to make the reliable ground for potential-probing measures. Then a series of potential-probing programs was proposed. The non-matching process facilities were transformed. The vapor boiler and tri-phase separator of oil/gas/water were re-installed. Also, diesel oil was injected into the borehole to remove paraffin and free plugging since the well produced heavy oil that had high content of paraffin and was easy to plug the tubing. Using the revival technique with swabbing, the following activities were performed: putting Φ60 mm of swab cup into the tubing and repeating swabbing down and up to remove the paraffin liquid and the cumulated liquid in the tubing. Then, the well was open to blow. With the procedure, the well revives and the normal production is restored. Its productivity reaches 1.8～2.4 MCM/a. of gas and 90～150 t/a. of oil. The obvious economic benefit is achieved. At the same time, it is proved the Jurassic formation in the east Sichuan area has potential of oil and gas resource.
