摘 要:随着气田开采的发展 ,特别是到了开采的中后期 ,越来越多的天然气井出现了井底结垢现象 ,从而导致产量下降甚至停产 ,此现象在污水回注井中尤为显著。要解决此问题不仅代价高昂 ,而且程序复杂 ,难以进行。如果在气井开采前 ,就能通过相关资料预测矿物结垢的趋势 ,从而采取相应措施 ,就能减少日后代价高昂的垢处理费用。ScaleChem 3 0结垢预测软件具有两个方面的优点 ,(1)在结垢分析和预测方面 ,可以根据水分析资料模拟地层条件 ,预测出可能的 (或已经生成的 )结垢种类、结垢趋势、结垢量以及结垢部位 ;(2 )在水处理方面 ,通过结垢分析和预测 ,采用适当的方法在回注前对回注水进行处理 ,这样就可以减少由于地层水和回注水不配伍而导致井筒结垢现象的发生。文中以云和 2井和中 19井为例 ,将软件预测结果和实际生产数据相比较认为ScaleChem 3 0结垢预测软件在天然气开采中使用方便、简单 ,预结果准确、可靠 ,建议推广应用。Along with the expansion of gas field exploitation, especially to mid-late exploitation stage, the bottom hole scaling appears in more and more gas wells, thus leading not only to yield decrease, and even to production stoppage. This phenomenon is particularly obvious in wells of sewage reinjection. Settling this problem is hard to proceed in its not only expensive cost, but also complicated program. If before gas well exploitation, the tendency of mineral scaling can be predicted through correlative data, thus relevant measures being adopted, the expensive scale-treating cost can then be lessened in days to come. There are advantages of ScaleChem 3.0 scaling prediction software on 2 aspects: 1) on the aspect of scaling analysis and prediction, the stratigraphical conditions may be simulated, and the possible (or already generated) scaling-type, -tendency, -quantity, and -position be predicted on the basis of water analysis data; 2) on the aspect of water treatment, through scaling analysis and prediction, the reinjected water is treated before reinjection by adopting suitable method, thus may well-bore scaling resulted from incompatibility between formation- and reinjection-water be lessened. Taking wells Yunhe-2 and Zhong-19 as example to compare the software prediction result with actual production data, the paper gives out the conclusion that ScaleChem 3.0 scaling prediction software has a widespread application foreground in gas exploitation, suggesting its application extended.
