竹炭制活性炭的研究

摘　　要：对竹炭的精炼、竹炭蒸汽活化法制活性炭进行了规律性研究,对碱法制活性炭作了初步探索。竹炭在煅烧(或精炼)温度大于900℃,其电阻率小于1Ω/cm,700℃以下基本为绝缘体。竹炭在用水蒸气活化时,烧失率约为50%时,碘吸附值>900mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值>70mL/g;当烧失率为70%时,碘吸附值>1100mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值>140mL/g,微孔、中孔容积>0.45mL/g,比表面积约900m2/g。KOH为活化剂,碘吸附值可>1100mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值>170mL/g,并有待进一步研究和开发。Refinement of bamboo charcoal and preparation of activated carbon from the bamboo charcoal with steam as well as alkali activation were studied in this paper.As results,electrical resistivity of the charcoal is less than 1 Ω/cm while refined at more than 900 ℃,and otherwise the bamboo charcoal becomes nearly a insulator while refined at less than 700 ℃.The activated carbon prepared from the charcoal with steam activation has following properties:900 mg/g and 1100 mg/g of iodine adsorption,more than 70 mL/g and 140 mL/g of caramel adsorption,respectively,for the carbon with 50% and 70% of ignition loss.And the carbon with 70% of ignition loss gave more than 0.45 mL/g of capacity of micro and middle pores,as well as about 900 m^2 of specific surface area.Further study showed that activated carbon prepared from the charcoal with alkali activation has more than 1100 mg/g of iodine adsorption,and more than 170 mL/g of caramel (adsorption.)
