随机引物PCR法分型大肠艾希菌及其在判断医院感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的　对大肠艾希菌 (艾希菌 )进行随机引物 PCR(AP- PCR)法基因分型并应用于医院感染的判断。方法　以优化的随机引物、反应体系和扩增条件对临床分离的 16 1株艾希菌进行 AP- PCR法基因分型并按指纹图上 DNA条带数及片段大小绘制基因分型图谱 ,同时对艾希菌的医院内感染进行了观察与分析。结果　16 1株艾希菌共得 AP- PCR型 12 0种 ;艾希菌的医院内感染确实存在。结论　 AP-Objective To type Escherichia coli(E.coli)with arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction(AP PCR)analysis and judge the nosocomial infection.Methods Optimal arbitrarily primer and reaction system and amplification condition of AP PCR were used for genotyping of the 161 strains E.coli isolated from the clinical samples and the genotype map was drown according to the number and length of DNA fragments.At the same time,nosocomial infection were observed and analyzed.Results 161 strains E.coli isolated from the clinical samples could be distinguished to 120 kinds of AP PCR type and there were nosocomial infection.Conclusion AP PCR could genotype the E.coli into 120 kinds effectively and be applied to judge the nosocomial infection caused by E.coli.
