摘　　要：在简单介绍了大安全观的基础上,详细分析了环境安全的由来、特点及内涵。最后提出了实现环境安全的具体措施,并对环境安全的发展进行了展望。Based on the brief introduction of the macro-security, this paper have analyzed the origination,characteristic and connotation of the environmental security in details. Finally, brought forward some concrete measures to realize the environmental security and described the prospect of the development about it.
