高硅铝铸件镀前浸锌液的研究

摘　　要：为了获得结合力好的镀层 ,利用XRF(x射线荧光能谱 )对高硅铝合金浸锌前预处理进行了研究 ,筛选了适用于高硅铝合金的化学除油、碱蚀、出光溶液 ;测试了 14种浸锌溶液第一次浸锌 6 0s、第二次浸锌 30s后所得膜层的厚度、组成成分。In order to acquire a coating with high bonding strength on high-silicon aluminum castings, the pretreatment of zinc dipping is investigated with XRF. The cleaning, alkaline etching and brightening solutions suitable for high-silicon aluminum have been selected. The thickness and composition of the films obtained after 60 seconds of first zinc dipping and 30 seconds of second zinc dipping with 14 kinds of zinc dipping solutions have been determined.
