摘　　要：IEC 60870-5-101协议在实践普及过程中,由于用户和制造厂家的理解和使用方式上的不同,效果也不同。文中就通信效率、实时性、数据传输的可靠性等问题进行了分析,并介绍了华东电网的应用经验。As the understanding and ways of using differ from user to user and from manufacturer to manufacturer, the effectiveness of the IEC 60870-5-101 protocol in practice differs as well. An analysis is made of the communication efficiency, the real-time character and reliability of data transmission. The application experience of the protocol in the East China Power Network is described.
