建设盐穴型地下储库储存碳氢化合物的安全要求

摘　　要：碳氢化合物属于易燃易爆危险品 ,国内外对于生产、运输、储存碳氢化合物都有严格的规定。文章对国外使用地下盐穴储库储存碳氢化合物的安全要求进行了综述 ,主要包括 7部分内容 :①相关法律规定 ,碳氢化合物达到一定的储存量要执行相应的安全规定 ;②地面选址 ;③盐腔的密封性 ;④钻井完井 ;⑤地面设备和工艺 ;⑥生产工艺和流程 ;⑦对生产运行中潜在的风险 (操作失误风险、自然灾害风险、设备故障风险 )进行评估并制定防范措施。Hydrocarbon belongs to dangerous substance of easy combustion and easy explosion. So. strict rules are made for production, transportation and storage of hydrocarbons at home and abroad. The article represents the safety requirements of underground gas storages with salt caves to store hydrocarbons abroad. They mainly include the following 7 points: 1 It is stipulated by laws that the corresponding safety regulations should be performed for a certain storing volume; 2 Selection of surface positions; 3 Tightness of salt chambers; 4 Well completion; 5 Surface facilities and technology) 6 Operating process and flow sheet; 7 Evaluating the potential risks of operation, such as operating failure, natural hazard and facilities failure, and making the precautions.
