摘  要:按照储气库注采井的基本要求和大张坨地区独特的地面条件及油层压力系数非常低的特点 ,设计了具有射孔、试油、注气、采气等多功能的注采工艺管柱。通过方案实施 ,具有多种功能的这套管柱均一次成功完成 ,施工成功率 10 0 % ,证明了这套管柱的可靠性。它有效地保护了油气层 ,克服了常规方案造成二次污染的问题 ,具有安全、可靠、实用、免修期长等许多优点 ,为今后地下储气库的建设提供了成功先例 ;另外 ,采气树整体升高方案及地面安全控制系统的设计不仅满足了特殊的泄洪区环境防污染、防火灾的需要 ,而且还具有简单、实用、可靠、经济等特点 ,为以后开发特殊环境下的油气田提供了指导意义。Dazhangtuo underground gas storage is the first underground gas storage built in China. According to the basic requirements of injection and recovery wells for gas storages, the special surface conditions of Dazhangtuo area, and the feature of very low-pressure coefficient of the reser voir, the process pipe string with multi-functions for perfo ration, production test, gas injection, and gas recovery, etc. is developed. By practice, the pipe string with multi-func tions is completed in only once job. The job success ratio reaches 100%, which proves the pipe string reliable. The pipe string can protect the reservoir effectively and solve the problem of secondary pollution produced by conventional programs. It has many characteristics such as safety, relia bility, practicability, and long term without repairing, etc. It provides the successful example for underground gas stor age building in future. Also, the program of upping the whole Christmas tree and the design of surface safety control system not only meet the requirements of environment pro tection and fire prevention for special flood-draining areas, but also have the characteristics such as simplicity, practica bility, reliability and economy etc. It also provides the refer ence for developing oil and gas fields under special environ ments in future.
