摘　　要：分析传统的外构件检验工作流程已不能完全适应新形势下快捷高效的生产要求。解释并建议必须导入外构件评审和产品质量审核的控制模式,即对供方实施过程、体系和产品的质量审核。Traditional inspection procedures of purchased parts have not satisfied fast speed and high efficient production demand. This paper suggests that a new control model of inspection and quality evaluation of purchased parts should be introduced-implementing evaluation of suppliers'process, system and product quality.
