摘　　要：目的 :研究地肤子与灰菜子的鉴别 ,为准确用药提供依据。方法 :用放大镜观察二者的原药材外形 ;用显微镜观察二者的粉末显微特征 ,并用薄层色谱法对二者进行对比试验。结果 :地肤子与灰菜子在放大镜下观察 ,有比较明显的区别。薄层色谱的差别很大。结论Objective: To study the discrimination between broom cypress fruits and fat hen fruits, and to provide the proof for accurately using Chinese herbs.Methods: The shapes of the two raw and processed materials were observed with the magnifier, and the characteristic microstructure of the two kinds of powder with the microscope, too. The experiments and comparison for the two kinds were conducted with thin layer chromatography.Results: There are obvious differences between the two fruits when they are observed under the magnifier. The thin layer chromatography is very different.Conclusion: The fat hen fruits can't be used as broom cypress fruits.
