摘　　要：简要介绍随机服务系统理论及其在港口装卸中的应用。基于对国内集装箱码头的资料分析 ,提出 M/ E3/ S模型并建立了船舶等待时间占在泊停时比例与泊位利用率之间的关系。对拥有不同泊位数量的集箱码头 ,探讨了合理泊位利用率的取值范围。The theory of stochastic service system and its application in port handling system is introduced in briefly.Based on the data analysis of several domestic container terminal,the schematics between AWT/AST and berth utilization is created by using M/E 3/S model.It is also discussed that reasonable berth utilization for container terminal which possess different amounts of berth.
