摘  要:用非完全消化法处理萝卜样品,即在低温下用浓硝酸消解样品,再用盐酸及乳化剂OP(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚)解消解产物而配制成均匀、透明的样品溶液.以空白溶液为参比,用工作曲线法测定.建立了快速测定箩卜中镁、锌的火焰原子吸收光谱法.对样品处理条件、化学干扰、试液粘度与空白溶液粘度的一致性、背景吸收干扰及检出限进行了考察.测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±1.6%.A sample of turnip was treated with noncomplete digestion method.The sample was digested in concentrated nitric acid under low temperature,and then the digested product of the sample was dissolved in emulsifier OP and hydrochloric acid,and a homogeneous and transparant solution of the sample was made.The working curve method was applied in measurements with the blank solution as reference. A FASS method for rapid determination of magnesium and zinc in turnip had been developed. The pretreatment condition of sample, chemical interference,identity of viscosity for test solution and its blank solution , background absorption interference and detection limit were all studied.The results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors were less than (±1.6%).This method,however, was convenient and accurate.
