摘　　要：城市输配水系统是提供生活用水和工业用水的重要工程,管网冲洗可以通过降低颗粒物在管道内的净积累量使管网水的浑浊度控制在标准值以内,并在一定程度上能抑制微生物附着生长,恢复管道通水能力,有助于对部分老化管网的治理及从整体上保护城市的输配水系统.通过管网冲洗的要素分析,研究管网冲洗效果的系统性和管网水质数据库的建立.The system of carrying and providing water is an important project to supply water both for living and industry. The washing of the tubeweb can be made by controlling the turbidity in the standard ranges through cutting down the amount of drops in the tube in some degree. At the same time it can control the growing of microorganism attaching to the tube, recover the functions of the tube carrying water, be helpful to the aging tubeweb's managing and protect the system of water in the whole way. By the analysis of these factors, this thesis studies the systematicity and foundations of the database for the tubeweb.
