摘 要:目的 研究大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后心肌间质胶原含量及形态学的变化。方法 将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组 (A组 )和缺血再灌组 ,后者按缺血时间 (15 ,30 ,6 0min)又分为B ,C ,D 3组。观察各组大鼠心肌羟脯氨酸含量变化 ,心肌间质胶原线密度、光密度、体密度及面积。结果 C组和D组心肌羟脯氨酸含量及间质光密度和胶原线密度均低于A组 (P <0 .0 1) ,间质体密度高于A组 (P <0 .0 1)。B组与A组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且心肌间质形态正常。结论 心肌缺血再灌可导致心肌间质损伤 ,缺血 15min内再灌注造成的心肌间质损害较轻。Objective It is to have a quantitative study on the collagen content and morphological change in cardiac muscle stroma of ischemia-reperfusion injury rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (group A) and ischemia-reperfusion group which was divided into group B, group C and group D by ischemia time (15, 30, 60 min). The changes of cardiac muscle hydroxyproline, collagen length density, light density, volume density and area of rats in every group were observed.Results The content of cardiac muscle hydroxyproline, stroma light density and collagen length density in group C and group D were all lower and stroma volume density was higher than that in group A (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between group B and group A (P>0.05) and there was no morphological change of cardiac muscle stroma.Conclusion Cardiac muscle ischemia-reperfusion can lead to stroma injury, and the injury was slight when the ischemia-reperfusion time was within 15 min.
