摘  要:采用重油微反装置催化剂分层组装方法模拟MIP工艺第二反应区补加待生催化剂方案 ,探讨了补加再生催化剂和待生催化剂对催化性能以及产品分布的影响 ,并对汽油性质的变化规律进行了考察。试验结果表明 ,MIP工艺第二反应区补加再生催化剂 ,虽然轻质油收率有所提高 ,并能降低汽油烯烃含量 ,但引起较显著的过裂化和生焦 ;补加待生催化剂不会引起产物的深度裂化 ,能提高轻质油收率 ,降低汽油烯烃含量 ,增加异构烷烃和芳烃含量。Heavy oil micro reactor has been used to simulate MIP process in which spent catalyst was added in layers into the second reaction zone. The effect of adding regenerated catalyst or spent catalyst on catalytic performance and product slate has been explored and the changing rules of gasoline property studied. The results showed that by adding regenerated catalyst, yield of light oil has been increased and the olefin content in gasoline reduced, but serious over-cracking and coking occurred. However, no over-cracking occurred by adding spent catalyst. So the yield of light oil has been increased and the olefin content in gasoline reduced. Meanwhile, iso-paraffin and aromatics contents have been enhanced.
