摘　　要：为探讨丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)对人类免疫缺陷病毒 /艾滋病 (HIV/AIDS)患者高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)效果的影响 ,动态观察HIV/HCV重叠感染组和单独HIV感染组患者接受HAART治疗前后免疫功能、病毒载量的变化。发现 :重叠感染组与单独感染组比较 ,治疗前、治疗后 3、6个月的免疫功能、病毒载量均无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;但是免疫功能动态变化情况差异显著 (P =0 .0 1 7) :重叠感染组CD4 + 上升 ( 4 7.87± 48.42 )个 /μL ,单独感染组上升 ( 1 46.1 2± 88.2 9)个 /μL。提示 :接受正规HAART治疗后 。The aim was to explore the impact of HCV infection to effect of HAART in HIV/AIDS patients. Patients were divided into two groups, HIV/HCV co-infection group and the group of HIV infection alone. Comparisons of the two groups were made on the change of immune function and HIV viral load at the points of pre-cure, month 3, month 6. There were no significant differences in immune function and HIV viral load at three points above between HIV/HCV co-infection and HIV alone(P> 0.05). But significant differences were found in the change of immune function from pre-cure to month 6. The rising of CD 4 +T was (47.87±48.42)cells/μL in HIV/HCV co-infection group, but (146.12±88.29)cells/μL in HIV infection alone (P=0.017). After cure of HAART the reconstruction of immune function in HIV/HCV co-infection patients is inferior to patients with HIV infection alone.
