窦口不完全堵塞加金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的兔慢性鼻窦炎模型

摘　　要：目的 :探讨实验性慢性鼻窦炎动物模型的制备方法。方法 :2 0只新西兰大白兔分为实验组 ( 8只 )、假手术组 ( 8只 )及对照组 ( 4只 ) ,实验组采用窦口不完全堵塞加金黄色葡萄球菌建立动物模型 ,术后 4周取上颌窦及筛窦黏膜分别进行形态学观察。结果 :实验组兔鼻窦都呈慢性炎症。结论Objective:To discuss the method of chronic sinusitis model in rabbits.Methods:Twenty white rabbits(New Zealand)were divided into control group,sham-operation group,and incomplete ostia-obstructed and inoculated staphylococcus group.The animals were examined histologically and bacteriologically after 4 weeks. Results:All the experimental sinuses in ostia-obstructed and inoculated staphylococcus group were chronic flammation. Conclusion: Stable chronic sinusitis model in rabbits can be established by incomplete ostia-obstructed and inoculated staphylococcus.
