大白鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞酯酶显示法及其正常值的探讨

摘　　要：应用非特异酯酶(ANAE)标记染色法,探讨了30例wister纯系大鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞的正常值.结果是T淋巴细胞占淋巴细胞总数的68.1±3.5％:雄鼠为67.2±3.6％,雌鼠为68.5±3.3％.试验中采用三种pH孵育液进行对比观察。发现当pH6.1时ANAE阳性率较高,为69.1±2.5％,与pH6.4孵育液时的阳性率进行比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);而与pH5.8孵育液时的阳性率进行比较.不具有显著性差异(P>0.05).We've probed the range of normal value of T lymphocytes in 30 Wister Rats peripheral blood with the method of acid T lymphocytes α-Naphthy acetate esterase staining. The result was that occupy about 68.1±3.5% of total number of lymphocytes: in the male rat 67.2±3.6% and in the femal rat 68.5±3.3%. The test on three PH of the hatching fluid was conducted in the contrast observation. We found that when the PH of hatching fluid is 6.1, the positive rate of ANAE is higher (about 69.1±2.5%) as compared with the positive rate of PH 6.4 of the hatching fluid, and it is of rcmackable difference(P<0.05), and as compared with the positive rate of PH 5.8 of the hatching fliud, it is of no remackablc diffcrcncc(P>0.05).
