摘  要:①目的 探讨紫花地丁煎剂对C 57小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及分泌TNF -α水平的影响及其免疫调节作用机制。②方法 实验组小鼠紫花地丁煎剂 (0 .5g/mL)灌胃 ,每只 0 .5mL/d ,30天 ;对照组小鼠等量蒸馏水灌胃 ,试验前 3天给小鼠腹腔注射 3 %硫代乙醇酸钠肉汤每只 1mL ,诱导小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞浓度为 1× 1 0 6 cfu/mL。采用MTT方法测定腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及分泌TNF -α的活性。③结果 紫花地丁煎剂具有下调小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及分泌TNF -α的作用。④结论 紫花地丁煎剂通过调控小鼠巨噬细胞活性从而下调小鼠的免疫功能。Objective In order to study immuno-regulation mechanism of Viola yedoensis.Method 0.5mL/d decoction of Viola yedoensis Makino(0.5g/mL)was through perfusion into the stomach of C57 mice while the same amount of distilled water was given in the control mice. After 30 days,Peritoneal macrophages were collected in the two groups of mice to observe the influences of V. yedoensis Makino on murine M’s phagocytosis and the ability of secreting TNF-α The test of M’s phagocytosis and activity of TNF-α were detected in the supernatant of LPS-stimulated macrophage using sensitive cell line L929 by MTT method. Results It was showed that in vivo Viola yedoensis Makino can lower M’s phagocytosis and the production of TNF-α secreted by macrophage. Conclusion The findings suggest that Viola yedoensis Makino can control immune function by lower the ability of M’s phagocytosis and amount TNF-α production which reduce the releaseing of inflammatory mediator by macrophage.
