摘　　要：介绍了计算机控制电位器刻修机软硬件系统的设计与实现,其方法是通过对刻修机床工作过程中的实时数据采集,诊断设备运行过程中出现的问题,分析参数的变化趋势,及时调整控制动作并提供事故处理信息,最终实现高效、准确刻修电位器的目的。The system design and realization of computer control potentiometer drill machine are introduced. The method is to diagnose the problem occurred in running equipment, analyze the parameter changing tendency, adjust the control action in time and provide the handling information of the accident by gathering data in drill machine tool process. At last it will realize the accurate drill of potentiometer with high efficiency.
