摘  要:目的 了解 2 0 0 3年广州市数种水体中军团菌污染状况。方法 应用分离培养法和PCR技术对2 0 0 3年广州市数种水体共 12 1份进行军团菌检测。结果  12 1份水样中分离出军团菌 31株 ,总检出率为2 5 6 % ,其中公共场所冷却塔水中军团菌检出率为 4 3 4 8%。结论 广州市部分水体中存在军团菌污染 ,尤以公共场所冷却塔水中军团菌污染情况较为严重 ,需引起足够重视 ,防止军团菌病发生。Objective To learn the status of contamination caused by Legionella in some kinds of water in Guangzhou city in 2003. Methods Isolation and Culture and PCR technics were applied to study 121 water samples from Guangzhou city in 2003. Results 31 Legionella strains were detected out,and the detection rate was 25.6% (31/121). In public places,the detection rate of Legionella of cooling tower water was 43.48%. Conclusion Some kinds of water in Guangzhon city had been polluted by Legionella,especially for the cooling tower water. We should pay more attention to the problem and take measures to prevent Legionella's disease.
