广东地区抗高血压药应用状况

摘　　要：目的了解抗高血压药在广东地区的应用状况及其发展动向。方法对2000～2002年抗高血压药用药金额、用药频度及日均费用的变化进行统计、分析。结果3年来,在各类降压药中,只有血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药的DDDs市场百分率和销售金额市场百分率均逐年显著上升;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药,以其高效、不良反应少、作用缓和、长效稳定、服用方便等优点,在广东地区每年平均以3%增长。结论血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药、长效钙拮抗药和吲达帕胺,逐渐广为医师和高血压患者选用;随着大量血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药的上市和价格下调,有望3～5年后逐渐取代目前ACEI在降压药中的地位。Objective: To study the current situation and the developing trend of Antihypertensives used in Guangdong province.Method: To investigate Antihypertensives used during the past three years in respect to the sum of drug used DDDs and daily cost.Result: The percentage of DDDs and the consumptive sum of AIIRA during the period of 2000 2002 were signisicantly increased year by year.The freguency of drug use of AIIRA increased about 3% in Guangdong province,for AIIRA were characterized as strong potency,less in ADRs,long effect, and convenient in taking.Conclusion: AIIRA,long acting calcium antagonists, and indapamide are widely used more and more; AIIRA may substitute the current importance place of ACEI in a series of antihypertensive in the future 3 5 years,as a lot of AIIRA come into the market and taking off the price is hoped.
