某大型医院出院病人影像和检验服务费用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影像和检验服务在住院病人中的利用情况和费用,为加强影像服务与检验服务在临床工作中的应用及对其进行科学管理提供依据。方法利用某大型综合医院2002年322例出院病历进行描述性分析。结果322位出院病人中影像服务利用率为71.12%,人均利用影像服务1.30件次;检验服务利用率为95.65%,人均利用检验服务12.45件次;人均影像服务费用为300.19元,人均检验服务费用为845.12元;影像和检验服务费用占住院费用比例平均为9.70%,其中检验服务费用占影像和检验服务总费用的比例为73.80%,影像服务费用占影像和检验服务总费用的比例为26.20%。结论影像服务与检验服务在住院病人中得到有效利用。但是,应给住院病人提供哪些影像和检验服务、其费用是否合理等问题有待今后深入研究。Objectives Discuss the utilization and the cost of image and laboratory examination services for the inpatients and provide some evidences for promoting the application of image and laboratory examinations in clinical work and implement scientific management.Methods Carry out descriptive analysis of the 322 leaving hospital cases in 2002 of a large scale comprehensive hospital.Results The image examination utilization rate of the 322 patients is 71.12%,the average utilization of image examinations is 1.30 pieces per time;laboratory examination used rate is 95.56%,and average utilization is 12.45 pieces per time;average cost per patient of image examination is 300.19RMB,and that of the laboratory examination is 845.21RMB;on average,the cost spent on image and laboratory examination accounts for 9.70%of the total in hospital cost,and of this,laboratory examination’s proportion among image and laboratory examinations cost is 73.80%and image examination is 26.20%.Conclusions Image and laboratory examination services have been utilized effectively among the in patients.However,a deeper study as to which kind of image or laboratory examinations should be offered to the patients and whether the cost is rational is in demand.
