摘　　要：分析了大型硫磺制酸装置的工艺技术进展、装置的国产化率和主要技术路线 ,总结了大型硫磺制酸国产化装置工艺流程的技术方案和主要技术特点 ,并与国外同类技术进行了比较 ,提出大型硫磺制酸国产化装置采用国产化技术和国产的新材料、新设备 ,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。The process technological progress of large sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant,domestic production rate of the plant and main technical routes are analyzed.The technical solutions and main technical highlights of the process flow of large sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant made in China are summarized.And comparisons are made with similar overseas technologies.It is proposed that the use of technologies developed in China and new materials and new equipment made in China in the large sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant made in China offers significant economic benefits and social benefits.
