摘　　要：针对硝酸磷肥市场需求情况欠佳 ,提出了增设钾盐工艺 ,使之既可生产硝酸磷肥 ,又可生产硝酸磷钾肥的技术改造措施。介绍了增设的钾盐部分工艺流程 ,探讨了钾盐的加入方式 ,物料的可配性和硝酸磷钾肥的造粒工艺等 ,并阐述了化工试车中出现问题所采取的措施 ,认为该技改项目投资少、流程简 ,对改变企业产品结构、增强企业竞争力发挥了积极作用。In view of the lack of market demand of nitric phosphate,the technical revamp solution is proposed where the potassium process is added so that it can produce nitric phosphate as well as nitric phosphate-potassium fertilizer.The process flow for the added potassium part is introduced.The potassium addition method,compatibility and the granulation process of nitric phosphate-potassium fertilizer are discussed.Solutions against the problems during commissioning are described.It is considered that the project investment is small,the flow is simple and will greatly help to change the enterprise's product structure and increase the enterprise's competitiveness.
