摘  要:过氧化氢/煤油或过氧化氢/醇类(如乙醇、异丙醇和正丁醇等)组合,由于环境友好和可贮存性而成为最具竞争力的双组元推进剂,但这种推进剂组合本身并不能自燃点火。通过向煤油或醇类燃料中加入可溶性添加剂的均相催化法解决了该推进剂组合的自燃点火关键技术,用滴流点火试验和自燃点火延迟期测定仪确定了一些推进剂组合的自燃点火性能,并通过发动机热试车对某些推进剂组合的自燃性能和稳态燃烧特性进行了评估。The combinations of hydrogen peroxide/kerosene orhydrogen peroxide/alcohol type (such as ethanol, iso-propanol, n- butanol etc.) have become bipropellant of the most competitive power due to environmentally friendly property and storability. But these bipropellant combinations are not hypergolic ignition originally. The key technique ofhypergolic ignition of these bipropellant combinations was resolved by the homogeneous catalysis method of adding soluble additives in kerosene or alcohol type fuel. The hypergolic ignition properties ofsomepropellants were defined by using drop ignition test and instrument measuring hypergolic ignition delay. Hypergolic properties and steady-state combustion characteristics of some propellant combinations were evaluated by hot-fire test of engine.
