住院病人健康教育知晓率的相关因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的　对影响住院病人健康教育知晓率的相关因素进行分析。方法　自行设计调查表 ,对住院病人的一般资料、健康教育内容、护士行为等进行调查 ,所得数据进行统计学处理。结果　经单一因素统计分析 ,病人的职业、付费类别、住院次数、经济状况、护士的健康教育方式、态度和行为对住院病人健康教育知晓率的影响有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;经多因素逐步回归分析 ,从中筛选出住院次数、护士行为、态度及宣教方式对健康教育有明显影响。结论　在进行健康教育时要重视宣教方式和护士行为、态度对健康教育的影响。Objective Thepurpo seofthis studywasto analyze thefactorsrelatedtoth eextento funde rstandingon hea ltheducat ionofinpatients.Methods Asurvey wasconducte damongtheinpatientsabouttheirsex ,age,education , occupation ,income ,thetypeso fpaymentfo rthetreatment,the timesofbeinginhospit al,thecont entsofhe alth education , theeduc ations tyleanda ttitudeofnurse ,andthepatients’satisf acti onforthee ducation .Therelationshi pbetw eentheabove fact orsan dthee xtentofu nder standin gonhe alt heducatio nwasan alyzed .Results The extentofu nders tandin gonhealthe ducationofinpatie ntswas affectedbytheoccupation ,thetypeso fpaymen tforthetreatment,incomeofpatents,andtheed ucationsty leandat titudeo fnurseandth etimesofbeingi nhospital,amongofwhich ,themos timp ortantfa ctorsfortheex tentofun ders tandingo nhealth educationofi npat ients werethetim esofbeing inhospital andtheeduc ationstyl eandattitude ofn urse .Conclusion Thestyle ofhealt heducat ionandat titudeofnursesho uldbeemph asizedd uringth epro cessof healtheducationfor inpatients.
