摘 要:目的通过探讨高血压和心肌梗死对收缩期心功能力学参数Emax、maxEav及EF的影响,借以显示Emax、maxEav和EF的诊断价值和无创检测法。方法利用心动超声、心音、心电图同幕显示和同步监测血压技术,测定心脏病人不同血压时的左室收缩末期长短径、壁厚度、面积和血压值,经计算机程序处理,求得Emax、maxEav和EF值。结果心梗病人的Emax、maxEav值明显降低,高血压病人相对升高;心梗和高血压病人EF值均明显低于对照组。结论本研究建立了无创检测心功能力学参数的方法,并借以说明心脏病人Emax、maxEav和EF的诊断价值。Objective The diagnostic values and noninvasive examining methods of the mechanical parameters (E max and max Eav)of systolic cardiac function was illustrated by discussing the effects of hypertension and myocardial infarction(MI) on E max , max Eav and ejection fraction(EF).Methods By use of simultaneous screen demonstration of echocardiography,phonocardiography and electrocardiography and synchronously monitoring blood pressure (BP)skills,the values of LV end-systolic and end -diastolic long and short-axis dimensions,wall thickness and area sizes and synchronous BP were measured in the patients with heart diseases. The values of E max 、 max Eav and EF were calculated by computer programmed process.Results E max 、 max Eav values of MI patients were lower than those of control;E max and max Eav values of hypertension patients were the highest.The EF values of them were lower than that of control.Conclusion The study has established a noninvasive method of examining mechanical parameters of cardiac function and reflected diagnostic values of E max and max Eav and EF in patients with heart diseases.
