全微创化治疗下肢静脉曲张临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价腔内激光治疗和电凝术在静脉曲张治疗中的联合应用与疗效。方法对2002年4月～2002年12月收治203例(308条肢体)下肢静脉曲张病人,均采用静脉腔内激光治疗及电凝术,对其临床资料加以整理以及分析。结果 11例电凝术处有皮下硬结,3例有区段性复张,1例出现血肿及发热,手术时间平均为15分钟,住院时间平均为4.6天。结论静脉腔内激光治疗与电凝术的联合应用达到了大隐静脉无创口的全微创化手术,近期疗效满意。严格掌握适应证和熟悉术中、术后的注意事项是防止并发症的关键。Objective To evaluate the treatment of Endovenous laser treatment combined with Eletrocoagulation for varicose veins and its ef- fects.Methods To analysis the clinical effects bofore the operation and after the operation of 203 cases (308 lower extremities) which were treat- ed with Endovenous laser treatment combined with Eletrocoagulation from May 2002 to July 2002.Results All the patients were treated with En- dovenous laser treatment and Eletrocoagulation of varicose veins.11 cases developed subcutaneous induration after operation,3 cases developed segmental recurrence,1 case developed hematoma and fever.the rest recovered well.the average time of the operation are 15 minuties,the aver- age time in hospital are 4.6 days.Conculusion Endovenous laser treatment combined with Eletrocoagulation for varicose veins of the lower ex- tremities is a whole minimal invasive operation method.
