摘  要:为观察皮肤消毒纳米乳液各组分杀灭微生物效果及影响杀菌效果的因素 ,采用载体定量试验法进行了实验室研究。结果 ,该纳米乳液各成分间具有协同增效杀菌作用。在 19~ 2 1℃条件下 ,乳液原液每杀灭 90 %微生物个体所需时间 (即D值 )分别为 :金黄色葡萄球菌需 0 .84min ,大肠杆菌需 0 .80min ,白色念珠菌需 1.4 9min ,其浓度系数 (n)为 0 .8890 ;在 2 0~ 35℃试验条件下 ,该纳米乳液原液对白色念珠菌的杀灭率随温度升高而上升 ,温度系数Q10值为 1.916 1;菌悬液含 5 0 %小牛血清 ,对杀菌效果无明显影响。To observe the germicidal efficacy and influencing factors of compound germicidal nanoemulsion, carrier quantitative test was carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to chlorhexidine and compound nanoemulsion without chlorhexidine were lower than those exposed to compound germicidal nanoemulsion. Values of T/E of the two agents were higher than 1.The results indicated that D Values were: Staphylococcus aureus 0.84min, Escherichia coli 0.80min, Candida albicans 1.49min.The dilution coefficient of the compound nanoemulsion was 0.8890. The killing rates of Candida albicans increased with increasing temperature. The average temperature coefficient Q 10 was 1.9161. Organic substances had little effect on the germicidal efficacy of this disinfectant.
