摘  要:为观察万福金安消毒剂在连续使用过程中的杀菌效果及化学稳定性 ,采取载体定量杀菌试验及含量测定法进行实验研究。结果 ,以其含 10 0 0mg/L有效氯溶液对不锈钢片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 30min ,杀灭率达10 0 % ;对实际使用中污染在器械上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭 10 0 %需要作用 4 0min。以含 10 0 0mg/L有效氯溶液浸泡器械连续使用至第 10d ,对器械上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 2 0min ,杀灭率由 99.99%下降至 99.75 % ;作用4 0min ,杀灭率仍为 10 0 %。含有效氯 10 0 0mg/L的溶液在连续使用过程中有效氯含量有所下降 ,使用至第 10d有效氯含量下降率为 3.6 7%。结论 ,万福金安消毒液在连续使用 10d之内 。In order to observe the germicidal efficacy and chemical stability of Wan-Fu-Jin-An disinfectant in the course of continuous use, carrier quantitative germicidal test and content measurement were used to carry out experimental study. Results: The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L with a 30 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on stainless steel coupon. In practical application, the contact time required for killing 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger contaminating the instruments was 40 min. When the solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L used continuously for immersion of instruments to 10 days was used for killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on instruments, the killing rate decreased from 99.99% to 97.75% after a contact time of 20 min, but the killing rate was still 100% after contact for 40 min. The available chlorine content of the solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L decreased somewhat in the course of continuous use and decreased by 3.67% on 10th day of use. Conclusion: The germicidal efficacy and chemical properties of Wan-Fu-Ji-An disinfectant were relatively stable within continuous use for 10 days.
