摘　　要：为全面掌握阿克苏地区医院感染管理工作开展情况及医院消毒质量 ,有效预防医源性感染的传播 ,采用现场采样方法 ,对地区部分医疗单位进行了调查。结果 ,医院消毒质量总合格率由 1998年的 85 .5 %上升到 2 0 0 2年的89.1% ;各项监测指标均有所提高 ;各级医院感染管理工作逐年得到完善。In order to master all-sidedly the condition of administrative work of nosocomial infection and quality of hospital disinfection in Akesu Area and to prevent effectively the transmission of iatrogenic infections, on-the-spot sampling method was used to carry out investigation of some medical units of this Area. Results: The overall eligible rate of hospital disinfection quality increased from 85.5% in 1998 to 89.1% in 2002, various monitoring indices were improved and the nosocomial infection administrative work in hospitals of various levels was improved year by year.
