摘　　要：目的 :观察不同乙肝病毒载量的轻度慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者肝组织中细胞转化生长因子 β1(TGF -β1)表达的区别。方法 :检测87例轻度CHB患者血清HBVDNA并同期行肝穿刺 ,采用免疫组化技术检测肝组织中TGF -β1的蛋白表达。结果 :血清HBVDNA>1×10 3 拷贝/mL组 (61例 )与血清HBVDNA≤1×103拷贝组/mL(26例 )肝组织TGF -β1表达差别无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。结论 :乙肝病毒载量对轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织TGF -β1表达无显著影响。Objective:To study the influence of HBV in different replication status on expression of TGF-β1in the liver tissue of low grade CHB patients.Methods:Serum HBV DNA were taken from87cases with low grade CHB and the expression of TGF-β1protein in liver biopsy samples were detected by immunohistochem-istry.Results:There was no significant difference in the expression of TGF-β1protein between levels of HBV DNA less than1×10 3 copies/mL and levels of HBV DNA more than1×10 3 copies/mL in the liver biopsy sam-ples(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of TGF-β1was not related with HBV DNA replication in the liver tissues of low grade chronic hepatitis B.
