来氟米特与霉酚酸酯治疗难治性肾病综合征的对照观察

摘　　要：目的　观察来氟米特 (LEF)对激素治疗无效或复发的难治性肾病综合征的疗效及安全性。方法　 6 0例难治性肾病综合征患者随机分为两组 ,实验组接受LEF治疗 ,对照组接受霉酚酸酯 (MMF)治疗。观察治疗后 12周及 2 4周的相关临床指标变化 ,并进行评价。结果　治疗 12周后LEF组总有效率为 6 9.9% ,与MMF组疗效无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗 2 4周 ,LEF组血清白蛋白、2 4h尿蛋白定量均有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,LEF组总有效率为 86 .6 % ,两组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组患者均耐受良好。结论　来氟米特能够有效的缓解难治性肾病综合征。Objective To investigate the effect of leflunomide and prednisolone in treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome.Methods 60 nephropathy patients were divided into two groups random.The test group patients received leflunomide and prednisolone,the control groups were treated with mycophenolate mofeil and prednisolone.A series of experimental datas were observed before the test and every two weeks in the test period.Results After receiving leflunomide,the proteinuria was deceased significantly in the test group (P<0.05),serum albumin were increased significantly (P< 0.05 ),total efficiency rate was 86.7%,contracted with mycophenolate mofeil,the efficiency of leflunomide on treating refractory nephropathy syndrome is no statistically different(P>0.05),no serious side effects were observed.Conclusions Leflunomide is an efficient agent on treating refractory nephropathy syndrome.
