摘  要:目的:氦氖激光照射致新生大鼠缺血缺氧性脑损伤(hypoxia-ischemiabraindamage,HIBD),观察其对海马齿状回细胞增殖的影响,为临床治疗HIBD提供新思路。方法:7d健康Wistar大鼠56只随机分为假手术组,缺血缺氧组,缺血缺氧激光非穴位照射组,缺血缺氧激光穴位照射组。常规苏木精-伊红、Nissl染色以及采用抗Brdu抗体进行免疫组织化学染色。结果:激光穴位照射组与其他组相比海马神经元变性坏死减轻,胞体内Nissl体丢失较少,海马齿状回Brdu标记阳性细胞的表达量明显增加24.06±3.55,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光穴位照射对海马神经元有保护作用,促进了海马齿状回细胞的增殖。AIM:To discuss hypoxia ischemia brain damage(HIBD) in neonatal rats with He Ne laser irradiation, and observe its effects on the proliferation of hippocampal dentate gyrus cells, so as to offer a new thinking for the therapy of HIBD in clinic. METHODS: Seven day old Wistar rats(n=56) were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group,HIBD group,HIBD laser unacupoint irradiation group and HIBD laser acupoint irradiation group,which were stained by HE staining,Nissl staining and anti Brdu immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS:The disvolution and necrosis of hippocampal neurons in HIBD laser acupoint irradiation group were lower than those in the other groups,the number of Nissl lost was decreased in hippocampus,and the expression of Brdu positive cells increased obviously in hippocampal dentate gyrus(24.06±3.55),which was statistical significance(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:He Ne laser acupoint irradiation has protective effects on hippocampal neurons and promotes the proliferation of hippocampal dentate gyrus cells.
