单纯性肥胖者血清脂蛋白（a）水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：单纯性肥胖者血清脂蛋白（ａ）水平（２３７．５３±２０２．８８ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｎ＝１８４）显著高于相应年龄健康对照组（１４３．７３±１３２．５２ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｎ＝１００Ｐ＜０．０１），脂蛋白（ａ）与其他血脂ＴＣ，ＴＧ和脂蛋白Ａ１，Ｂ水平无相关关系。提示肥胖者可能易患冠心病。A study was done of significance of serum lipoprotein(a)in adult with simple obesity.The results showed that level of lipoprotein(a)in adult with simple obesity(237.53±202.88 mg/L,n=184)was significantly higher than that of healthy control gourp of the same age P<0.01.The study found that the level of lipoprotein(a)in simple obesity had no relation to levels of other blood lipid(TG,Tc and HDLc)and apoproteins A1,B.The study implies that simple obesity may be the risk factor of heart vessel diseases.
