固体碘伏溶液治疗泌尿系统感染疗效观察

摘　　要：观察固体碘伏溶液治疗复杂性泌尿系感染的效果。 [方法 ]　实验组 (33例 )用 0 .2 %固体碘伏溶液 ,对照组 (2 5例 )用 0 .1%呋喃西林溶液 ,用三通管经导尿管或造瘘管滴入膀胱 ,每次滴入 2 0 0～ 2 5 0mL ,保留 5～10分钟 ,每天 3～ 4次 ,冲洗 1～ 2周。 [结果 ]　治疗后实验组尿细菌培养阴性率 96 .97% (32 / 33) ,对照组阴性率 76 %(19/ 2 5 ) ,两组间差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]　固体碘伏溶液冲洗膀胱治疗复杂性泌尿系统感染 ,疗效确切 ,方法简单 ,无明显毒副作用。Objective] To investigate the effects of PVP-Ⅰ in the treatment of complicated urinary tract infection. [Methods] 0.2%PVP-Ⅰ solution was used for the bladder washing of trial group(n=33); 0.1%Furacilin was used for the bladder washing of control group(n=25). [Results] After 1～2 weeks' bladder washing, the negative rate of trial group's urine bacterial cultivation was 96.97%(23/33); the control group's negative rate was 76%(19/25). Difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The bladder washing of PVP-1 solution is safe, convenient and extremely effective for the treatment of complicated urinary tract infection.
