清热泻火和解痉止痛中药对吗啡依赖性大鼠性激素和促性腺激素分泌的影响

摘　　要：制备吗啡依赖大鼠模型，以放射免疫分析技术测定各组大鼠血清中睾酮（T）和雌二醇（E2），以及促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）和黄体生成素（LH）的含量。结果：吗啡依赖性模型组大鼠血清中T、E2的含量和T／E2比值均较正常组显著降低.自然戒断组T和E2含量虽然较模型组明显升高，但其T／E2比值仍明显低于正常对照组。清热泻火Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方及解痉镇痛方均可显著提高血清中T含量.明显提高T／E2比值.与正常对照组比较无明显差异。清热泻火对E2、FSH和LH均无明显影响，解痉镇痛药虽可明显提高E2含量.对FSH、LH无明显作用。提示清热泻火和解痉镇痛中药均可改善吗啡成瘾大鼠的性腺功能，其作用机理既有相同之处，也有一定差异。After the morphine-dependant rat models were made,the contents of serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2 ), fillucle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteotropic hormone(LH)were determined in the various groups of the rats by the radio-immunity analyzing techniques. The results showed that serum T and E2 contents and T/E2 ratio in the rats of the morphine-dependant model group were remarkably decreased than those in the normal group. In the natural abstinence group, T and E2 contents were remarkably enhanced than those in the model group,but the T/E2 ratio was still remarkably lower than that in the normal control group. 'Heat-Clearing Away and Fire-Clarifying Formula Ⅰand Formula Ⅱ' and 'Spasm-Relieving and Pain-Sedating Formula' can all enhance serum T content and T/E2 ratio remarkably, with no significant difference in comparison of the normal control group. 'Heat-Clearing Away and Fire-Clarifying Formula' did not show obvious influence to E2 , FSH and LH.Although the herbal drugs to relieve spasm and sedate pain could enhance E2 content obviously but did not have obvious function to FSH and LH. The results indicate that the herbal drugs to clear away heat and clarify heat and to relieve spasm and sedate pain can all improve the gonadal function in the morphinistic rats and that there are similarity and certainly difference in the functional mechanism.
