未治病人对医院效益的影响及原因分析

摘　　要：本文就111例未治病人对医院效益的影响及未治原因进行了统计分析。结果表明:未治病人对医院社会效益和经济效益有着不可低估的影响。未治原因虽有病人方面的因素也有医院方面的因素,但绝大部分是主观因素造成的,因而是可以控制的。对如何控制减少未治病人的发生,本文提出了两点建议。The medical records of 111 uncared patients were analysed statistically concerning the reasons and their impact on the benefits (including bed use and patient cost) of the hospital. The results showed the uncared patients had vital impact on social and economical benefits of the hospital. Though both the patients and hospital are responsible for uncaring, the main reasons lie in subjective factors. Therefore, the uncaring can be kept under control. Two suggestions were given in this article as to reducing the numbers of uncared patients.
