医院单病种住院费用的调研及DRGS方案的探讨

摘　　要：疾病诊断相关分组法即:DRGS(Diagnosis Related Groups System)是一种新型的病例分类法,是当代世界医院管理研究的热门话题。医院的医疗业务具有生产性质,既有资源投入,又有医疗产品的产出。建立医院经营的投入——产出概念和医疗产出模型,是完善医院经营管理机制,以至整个卫生管理机制的关键性问题。“DRGS”通俗地说是按病种和病情确定医疗费用标准。通过建立DRGS就能够建立起标准化和定量化的医疗产出模型,只有这样才有可能科学、定量地衡量医疗资源的投入量和医疗产品的产出量,以及评价医院的社会效益和经济效益。Diagnosis Related Groups System (DRGS), very popular in the research of hospital management around the world, is a new method of case classification. The medical work in hospital is charaterized by production quality: both the source input and the medical output are involved in the medical service Using the input-output concept in hospital management to establish a medical output model is a key to perfecting the hospital management mechanism as well as the whole medical service system. Generally, DRGS is used to determine the standard of medical service expenses based on the sort of disease and the patient' s conditions. By using DRGS. a standard and quanta-live medical input-output model can be established. Only by this way can we obtain scientific and quantative measurements of the input of medical sources and the output of medical products, and evaluate the social and economical benefits of the medical services.
