开展医院分级管理前后医疗质量和工作效率的定量对比分析

摘　　要：采用综合打分法和加权秩和比法对我院1987～1992年度23项医疗质量和工作效率指标进行了综合评价.从各年质量指标的发展变化趋向,可见开展医院分级管理前后的质量差别,进而说明了以医院分级管理为策动力,对不断促进医疗质量和工作效率的提高是行之有效的.The comprehensive evaluation and weighted rank sum ratio were adopted to synthetically e-valuate 23 indices of the quality and efficiency of the medical services in our hospital from 1987 to1992. The tendency in the indices for the consecutive years demonstrated that the service qualitywas upgraded after the hospital stratified management (HSM) had been launched in the hospital.So came to the conclusion that the HSM is highly effective in improving the quality and efficiencyof the medical services.
